Hi, congratulations on getting into the 170s! Thanks for confirming what method you are using. When I went back and read your earlier posts, I saw you were doing intermittent fasting. I'm glad that's working for you! Are you still doing the cold showers too? I continue to maintain my goal weight with intermittent fasting, but I'm always interested in others' success and what works for them, so thanks for sharing your progress!
I quit doing the cold showers this summer. I tested the water temperature in my shower and the "cold" wasn't really all that cold. It may be colder now since it's winter but I haven't tested it.
