Quote
A container of liquid nitrogen turns to gas and is pumped into the cylinder where the athlete stands, plunging the temperature below negative 200 degrees Fahrenheit for a short burst of time. The body believes that it is dying and rushes blood to protect its vital organs. Two minutes later, when the athlete emerges from the container, the concentrated and enriched blood rushes back through the body, providing an instant cleanse and relief.

I'd prefer a hot sauna, honestly.

I read that article and also found some other articles on the cryosauna. It sounds like it's ridiculously cold yet the endorphines released give you a 'great' feeling for six hours after that. I'm curious to know when athletes like runners do the cryosauna session? Do they do it right before a race to give them more energy and 'revved up' blood? If there was one near me, I'd be tempted to try it out. I do however prefer the hot tub after a good workout. It seems to help my muscles recover faster and not be as sore the next day.

Jeremy - does anyone use hot tubs Oklahoma City  to relieve muscle pains?
