Post by: videogamer on January 01, 2014, 10:12:27 PM
Before i undercorrected id get headaches after sprnding all day watching tv. But seems like reading w my +3 gives me a slight headache after 30 mins.i read where all is blurry but still legible. Is that too far? Is headache a good sign? Cus seems like headache while wearing minus lens pretty much came w my eyes becoming temporary more myopic n tired. Can it be said that using plus for n hour n getting a headache means ur eyes are temporarily becoming less myopic? Thanks

I think its  a good sign that the eye is responding to stress in the opposite direction. For example, if you are slightly myopic, even looking at far objects you will get strain. But this is good. Advice from todd was to read only at a very slight blur..
