Title: Is looking at objects in total blur helpful??

Im still confused to this day. Iv read prople who have had success reverding myopia who will walk outside w a +6 with all blury n sit out for 30 mins. Then other people who say looking at anything not at least at the edge of focus does not help reverse myopia. Id love to know the truth behind this mystery.

there isn't significant users of strong plus lenses, the best way is testing.

I have been wondering the same thing. It's possible to destroy a perfect by a  strong minus even when they do nothing. From personal experience wearing a +4D lens and looking out into the distance really does not bring benefit
