I know im supposed walk outside for 30 mins after 20mins of waking up with no glasses on, but when I take my morning walks should I wear - lens or just no glasses?

Τοο much blur is bad for the vision center in the brain according to Alex Frauenfeld. Tom Quackenbush suggested undercorrection  of 20/30 (about half diopter) when not doing activity that demands 20/20 for example like driving.

With the prescription you show - it will be very blurry for you.  But it is your choice.  You would probably be OK with a -2 diopters, if that allows you to function.

-2.5 seems to be a great undercorrection for outside in mornings. I can still see decently clear but still hv mny things w slight blur. So from from the avg of the answers i guess i should wear undercorrected but definitly wear glasses.
