Subject:  Here is a copy of my book - for your interest.

As far as "reversal" is concerned, that depends greatly on the person having the fortitude to begin wearing the plus - before his self-checked Snellen goes below 20/60.  This issues is best summarized by Dr. Soon See, in this graphic.

I simply do not make excessive claims.  I am pleased that David De Angelis, got the idea, used a combination of the "plus", and exercise, and SLOWLY, restored his vision to better-than 20/40, and eventually self-checked 20/20.

I do think that an educated and motivated person should empower himself, to do the actual objective work of true prevention - and follow the advice of Dr. Soon See.  What is the OD position on wearing a plus to restore your distant vision from 20/50 to 20/20?

Well, I read through it.  I have to say, I think there was a lot of unnecessary stuff, even worthless stuff, in it.  The Bates-like exercises I doubt are actually useful (certainly I made much progress without ever using them).  The parts on how myopes are myopic because of a "closed mindset" just seemed ridiculous.  However, the part about the plus lenses is pure gold.  Those of us on this forum already know this, of course, but he did add one bit that I felt was useful.  The contraction-relaxation-blinking exercises are actually helpful in furthering your focus, and, I think, ultimately in bringing about improvements.

Also, the Q&A section at the end of the book was interesting and perhaps useful.
