I go to the gym and I never trained my legs. What a pity!
I want to change it. I noticed that most of the guys who are in the gym do not train their legs and it does not look nice when you see their upper body, comparing with their lower body.
As I play soccer (and love being athletic), I am also interested in improving acceleration, sprint speed & jumping. My time for 100 m is about 11.9-12.2 (on average 12) seconds which is not bad, but I want to improve.
I have still too much body fat (I think I have about 14%) and I think I will improve if I decrease the amount, right? But I think there are workouts, too.
Does anybody know this issue? What do you recommend? How often should I work? Which intensity? etc.
