Have any of you use or heard of any useful supplements for better eye health/ improvement of vision?
What has helped me the most:
- a Paleo diet (cutting out sugars, available starches and inflammatory omega 6 fats)
- phytonutrient rich vegetables (carrots, peppers, and cruciferous vegetables)
- cod liver oil (with high omega 3 in combination with vitamin A in natural context, not purified)
The fish oil and colored vegetables in particular result in much brighter colors in my vision, particularly reds, purples and oranges.
