Print off 10 snellen charts

Put them in a Poster Leaflet Sign Display Stand sort of thing, like this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Acrylic-Menu-Holders-Perspex-Poster-Leaflet-Sign-Display-Stand-A6-DL-A5-A4-A3-/200963118327?var=&hash=item2eca55d4f7:m:mCzehlwI0ETqkpUCQMjJlrA

Now keep adjusting them until one is perfectly clear, one is slightyl blurry,
one is a bit more blurry,
and a bit more blurry,
and a bit more blurry
and so on

all lined up on a table

should look sort of like this on a table

Hi,
Rather than use 10 Snellen charts, why not just use this electronic Snellen, and determine if you can read the 20/60 line,
as a good starting point for true-prevention.

But all efforts at prevention - are the RIGHT efforts.

Hope this helps.

The problem with using a computer is, it is always the same distance away from me.

With a stand, I can adjust it much easier.
